Frequently asked
Do I have to buy the whole thing?
No. Every product is sold on its own, and most customers start with one. Bundles exist because they are cheaper together, not because anything requires the rest. The only hard dependencies are practical ones — an online store needs stock control behind it, for example — and those are shown on each product page.
Can I keep using the tools I already have?
Yes. The platform services — sending, storage, social publishing — all have APIs and work alongside whatever else you run. Nothing assumes you have adopted the rest of the family.
How does billing work across several products?
One organization, one payment method, one invoice per month covering everything you subscribe to. Adding or removing a product adjusts the next invoice rather than starting a new relationship.
What happens if I cancel one product?
That subscription stops and the rest keep running untouched. Your data for the cancelled product stays available for export during a grace period before anything is removed.
Which products are actually available today?
Everything in Rutba Suite plus Send, Media, Social and Vision is available now. Docs & Sheets, Chat, Studio and Mail are in early access with hands-on onboarding — Docs & Sheets you can try right now without an account. Drive, Meet and Calls are part-built and not yet sold: each of their pages says which half is already running and which is not. The label on every product page tells you exactly where it stands.

Can I run any of it on my own servers?
Rutba Vision is designed to — it runs entirely on your hardware and only checks its licence with us. For the hosted products, dedicated single-tenant infrastructure is available on Enterprise plans.
