A meeting tool records that a call happened. Rutba Meet records what it was about: booked from the customer record, logged back to it afterwards, with notes and recordings attached where the next person will actually look for them.
Not released yet. Half of this is already running: the shared calendar, scheduling, invitees, RSVP and the meeting ledger against customer records are live in the Comms app today. What is not released is the video itself - rooms, screen sharing and recording - so the product is listed as unreleased rather than sold on the half that works.
