Phone calls are where most business actually happens and where the least gets recorded. Rutba Calls puts the number inside the CRM: click a customer to dial, and the call — who, when, how long, and the recording — is on their record before you have hung up.
Not released yet. The record-keeping half is live: number inventory, click-to-call logging, consented recording references and the call ledger on the customer timeline. The telephony itself - carrier trunks, routing, queues and voicemail - is not released, which is why this is not yet something you can buy.
